Hire Car FAQ’s

I’ve booked my car, now how do I get it?  

You can come and pick your hire car up from us, on the day that your rental is scheduled to start. Our address is 6 Servetus Street, Swanbourne. See the Directions page for information on how to get to us.

I can’t get to Swanbourne, can you pick me up?  

We offer a hire car customer pick up and drop off service in the Perth metro area. Please make sure you book ahead if you require pickup service – conditions and costs may apply, call our office for details.

What types of payment do you accept?  

Major credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, American express (5%  surcharge on amex) and Bankcard and cash. We do not accept Dinners

I’m arriving on a late flight, can I pickup my car after 5pm? 

Please call our office to discuss after hours pickup.

Is fuel included in my rental charge?

Can I leave my hire car at the airport ?  

Unfortunately not.

Is there a breakdown service?  

Yes, in the event of a breakdown, please call the office first during office hours 9383 3057 , or after hours call 0449 623 688
